- Queen of Nothing (Folk of the Air #3) by Holly Black
Both of these romances were super different and so cute! Ever since reading Cold Day in the Sun by Sara Biren earlier this year, I’ve been really enjoying sports romances, so Throw Like a Girl was perfect for that! And Love and Other Words just might be my new favorite Christina Lauren book.
Plus, can I just say how proud of myself I am that I actually finished a fantasy series? Fantasy is really hard for me to get into, and I can’t believe that I listened to the entire Folk of the Air trilogy!

I’m reading We Used to Be Friends and listening to the other two in audiobook format. I’m really enjoying all three, even though The Grace Year is pretty horrifying. My partner and I are listening to Contagion together (we commute together so we have lots of audiobook time in the car together) and we’re both super hooked!

I’m terrible at finishing series, I always seem to get bored and distracted and never seem to finish anything longer than a duology, even a trilogy can be tough for me to stick with! Short attention span problems here. 😉

I don’t read a ton of fantasy, either. But I really, really enjoyed the Folk of the Air series. I stayed up all night reading The Queen of Nothing (and I have five children, so this is a highly unusual experience for me – lol). I have Contagion on my TBR list, so now you have my really looking forward to it. Thanks for the shares, Ari!
